Eventful...

Listening: Pencey Prep - Florida Plates.
Feeling: Bored and freezing cold.
Doing: Writing the Blog and talking to my parents about the Evil neighbours, more about that later.

Well, it's been an eventful couple of weeks since my last post.
On the Twenty Fourth of July I went to see William Control at Rock City, Nottingham. It was one of the best gigs of my life, he stayed at the Merch stall for a bit after the show so I managed to get him to sign my ticket and he hugged me; needless to say I was buzzing for about a week after that.

My parents, being my Mum and my Step-Dad, are ranting about the neighbours as we speak. They cut our hedge, it's a big deal because... Well, for one thing the neighbours are shockingly irritating and nosey. They constantly look over into the garden and comment on it, they also look in our pond at our fish; our pond's quite big so I my Mum keeps threatening to drown them in it. They also have three children, well that's fine, except that the children are the spawn of Satan. They are so evil you would not believe, and twice as irritating as the parents. So Mum was trying to grow the hedge so we didn't have to look at them, and so they couldn't see into our house from their decking at the top of their garden. Needless to say my Mum was furious when she got home and saw that they had cut it, I hadn't realised; I was in bed and didn't get up until about two becuase I have absolutely nothing to do most days until I start College in September.
Another problem with the neighbours is the father of the heathen children. He is a complete pervert. Our garden is quite open even with the hedge growing so whenever my mum's out there in less than a full body jumpsuit and a balaclava he finds some way to look out into our garden. The other day Mum was bending over to look in the pond because my Step-Dad said he had seen a baby fish and the heathen children's father tried to grope her. I wasn't here, i was staying at my dad's, but that doesn't make it any better; especially seeing as my Step-Dad was stood in the back-door at the time.
The worst thing about the entire situation has to be that they did it while my Mum was at work and they came in our garden. Technically they broke the law twice in one day. They don't seem to realise, the upstanding citizens they think they are, that going onto somebody elses property without their permission is Tresspassing and Tresspassing is a crime. It's also against the law to damage the boundary between properties.

Anyway, enough about the neighbours, the evil sneaky creatures that they are.
My Mum bought Avenged Sevenfold's new album, Nightmare. It's awesome. I also got;
*The King Blues - Save The World. Get The Girl.
*30 Seconds To Mars - This Is War
*Eminem - The Eminem Show [My other copy died a couple of years ago]
*Lostprophets - The Betrayed

And I borrowed my dad's copy of Epic [The new CD with loads of different artists on it, 3 Disks] and the Ministry Of Sound Annual 2010.

It was my Step-Dad's birthday the other day and I had to get him a car and presents but I was staying at my Dad's that weekend so I could only get to Tesco's becuase Dad had to fix a car for a friend. So I went to Tesco's and got him a card about his 'sophisticated' sense of humour, obviously I was being sarcastic, his sense of humour is questionable; he's the kind of person who would tell the 'man walks into a bar' jokes. Anyway, I got him a card and a box of chocolate fingers then walked around the clothing to see if I could find a cool tee-shirt. I found a Mr T one that said 'Shut up, fool' on it with a characature of Mr T. I bought it and gave it to him for his Birthday, unfortunately my Mum also bought presents from me. She bought him an identicle Tee-shirt. That was a barrel of laughs. That wasn't sarcastic, it was funny.

My Dad's been surprisingly boring recently so nothing to report on his except he grinds his teeth A LOT and snores louder that your average Pig.

I went to see Inception the other day, it was awesome. I didn't even mind Leonardo Di'Caprio. I have this thing where I don't like watching films with Leonardo Di'Caprio and Orlando Bloom, they annoy me for some reason.

My lizards have grown again, I think my Mum is feeding them steroids when i'm not here. Ketchup's being a mardy git and staying in bed all day, I think she's going through a teenage phase.

I think I'll sign this post off here but may post later if I get bored.
Slaters.

Wow, second post in a day, it's a miracle. I wanted to cover two things in this post that I've just been reminded of by the radio and the Internet.
ONE:
My religious beliefs. I'm not a particularly religious person but i can accept all religions as long as they don't condone violence. As soon as a religion gets violent or just plain stupid i can't accept it.

TWO:
Political views. I can't see the point of politics but if there was no government we'd all be buggered. However all of these political factions arguing does my head in! Why can't they all just get along? I think that, considering the debt the English government has got us into, they should stop giving money to other countries and use it to pay off out debt. Are they doing that? No, are they buggery. They're giving money away willy nilly. I don't agree that benefits should be taken away and i don't believe that we should be persecuting people who we've allowed to enter this country. We've let them in so why shouldn't they wear the head-scarves or their Kirpan. If we didn't want them to wear it or practice certain things then we shouldn't have let them in.

I'll stop there before i continue to rant.

Hi,
Yeah, I forgot to put Lostprophets on the list for the last post. I love them, just got The Betrayed and it's awesome. So yeah, onto other stuff...

I'm thinking of writing an Ian Watkins story, mainly because he's attractive and from the United Kingdom - I'm getting tired of writing like an American, it was fun for a bit but now it drags, I prefer to be able to write naturally because I'm from England and our dialect is a lot different to America.

I just found an awesome vid on Youtube, Lostprophets - Rooftops but done with Heroes. Here's the link if you like Lostprophets and Heroes, would put it up but they disabled embedding :(.

In other news, i got Avenged Sevenfolds new album - well, my mum did. It's amazing, listening to Fiction made me cry, it's like he knew he was going. I feel sorry for Brian, it must be so hard to loose a brother but he looks like he's taking it the hardest.

I can't really think of anything to put. My mum's going to be home soon, she got a new job which is good, she seems to be enjoying it but it's a late finish which i think might get to here eventually. Plus that they want her to work Saturdays. Who works on Saturdays.

I think I'm going to sign off now because I'm risking getting boring.

An introduction... I guess.

Basic Introduction
Hey. I'm Ri-Ri, Rain to some people. I'm a sixteen year old Alternative. If you're wondering; Alternative effectively means different to everyone else, I've got eclectic music taste and strange dress sense at time. I'm an individual, so I can't be grouped anywhere except for 'different'.
I'm from England, where it's cold and rainy 99.9% of the time, in my opinion at least. Some people don't think so, I can't understand them :).

Family Stuff
I have three parents :). It definitely has its up-sides. My Mum's an accountant but she's been having a lot of trouble with her most recent job, she doesn't have a very good boss and comes home in a bad mood quite often. She's had a couple of interviews recently that have gone well though so she should be back on her feet in no time :). My step-dad's a 'specialised glass operative' or something like that. He works behind a desk for part of his job and gets to throw glass around for the other part, sound fun. I wouldn't want to do it though :). My dad was a doley because he got unfairly dismissed, he's in the construction trade again though. Diamond Drilling. Ever heard of it? Didn't think so, it's a bit odd :).

Ambitions
Eventually I'd like to be a teacher, either in Media, History or English. Possibly even teachign English as a foreign language; I used to be set on Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFAL as I call it) but I'm not sure now.
I'm due to start college this September.

Music
I'm into a lot of bands. One of them is - obviously - Avenged Sevenfold. I only just heard their new song, Nightmare, and it's absolutely amazing! In the words of Corin - off of Big Brother - "I'm buzzin'" :P.
The main bands I'm into are;

+ Avenged Sevenfold
+ My Chemical Romance
+ Green Day
+ Bullet For My Valentine
+ 30 Seconds To Mars
+ William Control
+ Aiden
+ AFI
+ Bring Me The Horizon
+ Florence and The Machine
+ The Prodigy
+ The Used
+ The Blackout
+ Jurassic 5

There are some others, quite a few others actually, too many to put up on here. I'll mention them from time to time. I'm a big fan of music and always looking for new stuff so I'm bound to put something up about it once in a while.

Films and Video Games
I play the Xbox, I can't stand the PlayStation's. It's not really fair to say that considering how I've never played a PlayStation 3 before, but I hated the PlayStation 2.
The games I play mostly are;

+ GTA IV && Episodes From Liberty City
+ Call of Duty: World at War && Modern Warfare 2
+ Army Of Two && The 40th Day
+ Assassins Creed 1 && 2
+ Guitar Hero 5
+ Pirates Of The Caribbean: At Worlds End
+ Mass Effect 1 && 2
+ Tony Hawk's

I also watch a lot of films, I haven't got many DVD's though - sadly. My favourite film at the minute has to be the Pirates Of The Caribbean Trilogy. A few films i like are;

+ Apocalyptica
+ The Fast and The Furious Series
+ The Dark Knight
+ Batman Begins
+ The Matrix Trilogy
+ The Bone Collector
+ The Saw Series
+ The Tales Of Earthsea
+ Chronicles Of Narnia

And a few others that I've forgot about.

Other Bits you might need to know...
I'm not sure what I've missed but there's bound to be something. I write a lot of stories and Poems and Lyrics and stuff. Some of it will probably turn up on here when I'm bored or feel like sharing it :). I sleep late and go to sleep late. I have two Bearded Dragons called Ketchup and Armageddon; you're bound to hear something about them and their antics. I'm messy, i don't tidy up after myself very often. I might be getting a job at Tesco. I always call Tesco, Tescoes. I don't know why. I have some pretty cool friends, most of them are going to college with me. One of them moved away up to York so i probably won't get to see her as much which is a shame.

I have the random urge to run around in the rain except for the fact that it's not raining. My room's too warm.
And with that last random comment I'm going to sign off.

Listening: Avenged Sevenfold - Warmness On The Soul.
Doing: Finishing up my BLOG! :) and getting ready to sleep.
Feeling: Warm, tired and smiley.

Byesies guys.
